the Lyon family
What a fun family! It was a cool day for this shoot, but I think we managed to snap some lovely photos of both the foursome, and some of their extended family.
the Wolstenholme clan
I love taking family photos, so even better when it’s an extended family gathered for the purpose of capturing their unique dynamic. I shot this clan in the grandparents’ backyard, overlooking the river. It was a lovely session.
the Sanfords
These ladies were a joy to photograph! Isabella was outgoing and eager; Jenna warmed up to me eventually and gave me some wide smiles. We used pumpkins and leaves for this fall afternoon shoot, but the trio were enough to make for some gorgeous pictures.
the Marcils
This shoot was busy, but oh so fun. With six kids and two adults to corral, I appreciated how cooperative everyone was. We used my neighbor’s gorgeous farm for this fall shoot, with plenty of neat backdrops for pictures of the whole group, and each individual child. The trees were an especially big hit. […]
the Pages
These boys were too cute! I loved that they all had matching tie-dye shirts for our shoot in a Massena park. They were cooperative and innovative, and we had a blast taking some really fun photos. More photos of this foursome are on my Facebook […]
the Barksdales
I am always thrilled when I have the chance to work with clients more than once, so imagine my delight when I was asked to continue an annual tradition with this family for the fourth year. Each summer we head out to a different park and I snap away while the kids pose and play. […]
the Dumonds
A miniature golf course is a great setting for a photo shoot, just so you know. A friend of mine asked me take some pictures of her family at their business, Oasis Mini Golf and Driving Range, in Limoges, Ont., and of course I was all over it. It was a hot but fabulous summer […]
the Gilberts
I met this lovely couple a few weeks before our photo shoot, along with their adopted daughter Elsie. The family brought me out to a parcel of land where they hope to build a home someday, and it provided a perfect setting for a fun session. […]
the Rhodes girls
My nieces were in town for a week this spring, so of course they donned beautiful dresses and we headed to the beach for a photo shoot. They were so much fun, and Kahlynn was especially cooperative considering her arm was encased in a bright pink cast. […]
the Colbert family
I adore this family. The trio of boys are rambunctious and full of life; their parents are patient and compassionate. Beyond just capturing some family portraits, the purpose of our shoot was to create an announcement for the Colbert’s friends and relatives that they are embarking on the journey towards adoption. How cool to be […]
the Fregoe family
This delightful family of four invited me into their home just prior to Christmas for a holiday-themed shoot. Liam and Aiden were adorable in their white lights and winter hats, and provided some great fodder for fun photos.
the Scott family
This beautiful family welcomed me into their home for a Christmas-themed shoot, before we went to a nearby apple orchard for some wintery backdrops. They were fabulous to work with and I love the resulting photos.
the Eddy family
These brave souls headed out into the chilly November air on a Saturday morning for a long-overdue family photo shoot. Megan, Tad and Luc were more than willing to show off some of their skills for the camera, from bow hunting to basketball and hockey, to sledding down their backyard hill. It made for a […]
Joshua and Lilly
I’ve had the opportunity to photograph these adorable siblings for three years in a row! It has been so fun to watch them grow up and see how their personalities develop and come through in the shoots. Here’s my favourites from over the years. […]
the Lincoln family
I’m slightly bias when it comes to this family, as they’re part of my family. We invaded a farm that I had been eying for months as an ideal photo location, and it did not disappoint. It was a little chilly, but they were great sports for this afternoon session.
Connor and Will
These boys are two of the cutest kids you’ll ever meet. I had the chance to do some fun photos with the brothers at their grandparents’ house in September of 2012.
the Cook clan
It was a windy day in the summer of 2013, but we managed to catch enough breaks in between the rain to capture each branch in the Cook family tree. Their smiles were beautiful and the gorgeous St. Lawrence River provided a lovely backdrop for the clan gathering. Here’s a few of the top shots. […]
